Exchange and Returns

According to Law Decree No. 24/2014 of February 14, the customer has the right to return or exchange the product within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the equipment. If you are not satisfied with the product within this period, you can return it and be refunded.

To proceed with exchanges or returns, you can do it directly from your customer area on our website or contact us, online or by phone, within 14 days after receiving the order, as long as the equipment is in the same condition as when you received it, stating the reason for the exchange or return so we can validate the request.

  • If done online or by phone, you must send the purchase invoice to the email hello@forallphones.com.
  • The shipping costs of the equipment to our store are the customer's full responsibility, and the device must be sent in the original Forall packaging along with the documentation, in the same condition in which it was delivered. It should be sent to: Forall — Rua do Centro Cultural 5, 2nd Floor, Room 5, CP 1400-249, Lisbon, Continental Portugal.
  • If the exchange or return is validated, the equipment value will be refunded by bank transfer within 14 days after the exchange/return validation.

Exchanges of damaged equipment are not accepted. If the returned equipment is not in the previously informed condition, there will be no right to a refund, and everything will be returned to the customer's address.

Accessories – Exchanges and Returns

Wired/wireless earphones, screen protectors, cases, and cables are considered personal items; therefore, for hygiene reasons, these items can only be returned or exchanged if they are in the same condition as received (in the original packaging and sealed). If opened or used, they are not covered by our return and exchange policy.

All accessories submitted for warranty, exchange, or return will be assessed by the responsible technicians.
