Assistance within the WarrantyForall Phones offers a guarantee to its customers from the moment of purchase in a physical store, or, if you have made the purchase online, from the moment the order is delivered by the carrier. We are sorry that your equipment is experiencing an anomaly and we are available to help as soon as possible. Please send us the email as described above. Once you submit it, our Customer Support team will contact you to continue the process. We thank you in advance for your understanding. We recommend that you send by registered mail, we are not responsible for losses caused by carriers, shipping is the sole responsibility of the sender as well as the costs. *We request that the equipment be sent with FMI (Find My iPhone) and iCloud disabled, and it must be formatted. |
Warranty on all equipmentAll equipment has a 5-year warranty from the date of delivery. To activate the warranty, it is mandatory to send an email as described above. The problem will be promptly assessed and appropriate repair/replacement actions will be taken. |
ExceptionEquipment that has: A) been damaged by improper use, negligence, fall (explained by broken parts such as LCD, rear camera lens, back cover or other) or spillage of liquids; B) have been intervened by a company or technician external to Forall Phones. |

ReturnsIf the customer wishes to return the equipment or request a refund, they may do so within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the product is intact*, strictly the same as when it was dispatched and accompanied by an invoice. Complete the "Warranty Activation" form below. *Forall Phones is not responsible for extra accessories that accompany the equipment (example: Cover or Film). |
How can I activate the warranty?
To activate the warranty, it is mandatory to send an email to warranty@forallphones.com with the following information: first name, last name, NIF, email, phone number, address, and postal code. Additionally, we need details about the equipment: IMEI (dial *#06# to find it), unlock code, a detailed description of the issue, and invoice (JPG or PDF file).
After sending the email, our team will contact you within 3 business days to inform you of the next steps in the process. The issue will be promptly evaluated, and necessary repair/replacement actions will be taken.
Attention! Equipment damaged due to improper use, intervention by anyone other than Forall Phones, negligence, drops (evidenced by broken parts such as LCD, rear camera lens, rear cover, or others), or liquid spills will not be replaced. Forall Phones is not responsible for extra accessories that come with the equipment (e.g., Case or Screen Protector).
Up to 6 months after purchase, Forall Phones covers any type of wear or anomaly of your battery; after this period, the warranty will only be accepted for manufacturing defects or anomalies.
*At Forall Phones, we will do everything to ensure your satisfaction by strictly adhering to current legislation to always respect and support the customer. The estimated repair time is up to 9 business days; however, if the repair is more complex and requires additional time for analysis and testing, the period may be extended. Legally, the warranty repair process can take up to 30 days.
